What you're agreeing to

These terms cover any project you order through ClickBeacon: the Ad Kit, the Landing Page, the Bundle, and any custom work we agree to in writing. By submitting a project brief or making a payment, you accept these terms.

Scope and what's included

Each package's page describes exactly what's included, what isn't, and how many revision rounds come with it. Work outside that scope, such as additional pages, extra revision rounds, or ad spend, is billed separately and always agreed to before it starts.

Delivery timelines

The 48-hour and 72-hour delivery windows listed on the pricing page start once we've received a complete brief and all requested files (logo, photos, and any other assets needed). An incomplete brief pauses the clock until we have what we need.

Revisions

Every package includes a set number of revision rounds on the first draft, listed on that package's page (one round on the Ad Kit, Landing Page, and Bundle; three on the Business Site and Full Site; five on the Unlimited Site). Additional rounds beyond that are billed at a flat rate, quoted before any extra work begins. Revisions cover refinements within the original scope, not a new direction or an expanded brief.

Every project is tested before delivery. If something we built stops working as intended after delivery, a broken link, a form that won't submit, a layout issue on a specific device, that's a bug, and we fix it at no charge for as long as we're hosting your site. This is separate from, and doesn't draw down, your included revision rounds.

Payment

Payment is collected through Stripe once scope is confirmed, before work begins. See our refund policy for what happens if you're not satisfied.

Ownership

You keep full ownership of anything you provide us, including your logo, photos, and footage. Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables (the animated ad, static posts, or website files) and can use them however you like. Working files and source project files remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you submit, including photos, footage, and any third-party assets.

No guaranteed results

We build the ad, the site, or the content described in your package to a high craft standard. We don't guarantee a specific number of calls, leads, or sales, since that depends on factors outside our control, including ad spend, market conditions, and how you follow up with leads.

Limitation of liability

ClickBeacon's liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Terms in effect at the time you place an order govern that order.
