What we collect

When you submit the project brief form, we collect what you type in and what you upload: your business name, contact details, answers about your business and your project, and any files you choose to attach, such as a logo, photos, or footage.

We don't use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site. There's no visitor tracking beyond standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and uptime purposes.

How we use it

Everything submitted through the brief form is used to plan and build the project you're requesting, to contact you about it, and, if you check the case-study permission box, to potentially feature the finished work publicly. Nothing you submit is used for any other purpose, and nothing is sold.

Who sees it

Brief submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers your submission to us by email. Web3Forms sees the data only to route it; it isn't sold or shared with any other party. If you complete a purchase, payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our systems.

How long we keep it

We keep project files and brief submissions for as long as needed to complete your project and for a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping, generally no more than 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete the information and files you've submitted at any time.
• You can ask what information we hold about you.
• You can opt out of any future case-study feature even after checking the permission box, up until it's published.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for business owners and operators, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
