Questions, answered
How the process works, how payment and revisions work, what to send us, and everything else worth knowing before you buy.
How It Works
What's the process for a one-time project?
Three steps. First, you send your logo and photos and answer a short creative brief, about five minutes. Second, we build it: 48 hours for the Ad Kit, 72 hours for the Landing Page or Bundle, and 5 to 15 business days for the bigger Web Design tiers depending on scope. Third, you approve it or use one of your included revision rounds if something's off.
What's the process for a monthly Social Content plan?
Also three steps, but ongoing instead of one-and-done. You sign up and hand off access to your logo, brand assets, and social accounts, once. You approve the first month's content calendar with us. Then posts go out on schedule every month after that, with a summary (and on the Scale plan, a strategy call) keeping you in the loop without you having to manage it day to day.
Is the delivery time real?
Yes, once we have your logo and photos. The clock starts when your brief is submitted, not when payment lands, so an incomplete brief pauses the timeline until we have what we need.
Do I need to get on a call first?
No. Every package is designed to be bought and briefed without one. If you'd rather talk it through first, check the callback box in your brief, or use "Ask a question first" on any package page.
Payment & Pricing
How do I pay?
All packages are payable through online checkout, except the Custom plan. Custom is for requirements that don't fit any of our standard web design plans: you submit your project details, and we send a quote after reviewing the scope. Everything else, the Ad Kit, Landing Page, Bundle, Social plans, and the Business, Full, and Unlimited Site tiers, is a flat, published price you pay directly at checkout.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract on any one-time package: the Ad Kit, Landing Page, Bundle, and every Web Design tier are each a single fixed-scope project. The Maintain, Grow, and Scale social plans run month to month after a 3-month minimum, so there's time to see the posting actually working before you judge it, then you can cancel anytime.
How many revisions are included?
One round on the Ad Kit, Landing Page, and Bundle. Three rounds on the Business Site and Full Site. Five rounds on the Unlimited Site. Additional rounds beyond what's included are billed at a flat $75 each, always agreed to before any extra work starts.
What about hosting?
Hosting is included for the first year on any Web Design package. After that it's billed at cost, typically a few dollars a month, never marked up. You always own your domain; we only ever need DNS access to point it at your site.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel before work starts and it's a full refund, no questions asked. Once a first draft is delivered, your included revision rounds are the remedy for anything that's off. See our refund policy for the full terms, including what happens if you cancel mid-project.
Does a package include running paid ads?
No. Every package delivers the creative itself, the ad, the site, or the content. Ad spend and campaign management are always separate, billed at cost, never marked up.
Your Brief & Files
What should I include in my creative brief?
Your business name and trade, who your actual customer is (not a demographic, but who calls you and why, right before they call), what makes you different from the competition, and anything we should avoid saying or showing. Add your logo, 3 to 5 real photos or videos of your work, and a style preference, or check "leave it up to us" and skip that part entirely. It's built into checkout as part of the process, not a separate form, and takes about five minutes.
What if I don't know what to design?
That's what "leave it up to us" is for. Give us a couple of examples of styles you like if you have any, and where you don't, we'll review your social media presence and take a look at your industry, then design something built to stand out in your specific market, not a generic template.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, a handful of real photos of your work, links to your social media accounts if you have any, and answers to a short brief. No logo yet? Leave it blank and say so in the notes, we'll work with what you have.
Do I need a domain already?
No. If you don't have one, we'll help you register one as part of the build, and you'll own it under your own account. If you already have a domain or an existing site, we'll point it at the new one.
Can I add special requests to my package order?
Yes. There's an additional notes section in your creative brief before checkout, anything that doesn't fit the standard questions goes there, and we'll take it into account before we start.
Delivery & Revisions
Can I see drafts before final delivery?
Yes. This forms part of our review process, built into development to make sure you're satisfied at final delivery, not something you have to ask for separately.
Can I speak with the team during delivery?
Yes. Check the callback box in your brief and we'll call you before work starts, or email us anytime during your project and we'll reply within a business day. If you'd rather not talk at all, that's the default; we only call if you ask.
What if I need more revisions than what's included?
Additional rounds beyond what's included with your package are billed at a flat $75 each, always agreed to before any extra work starts. See Payment & Pricing for exactly how many rounds come with each package.
What if I don't love the final result?
Your included revision rounds are the first remedy, tell us what's off and we'll fix it. Our brief is also built to catch misalignment before design even starts, so surprises are rare. Refunds after a first draft is delivered are handled case by case, see our refund policy for the full terms.
Post-Delivery & Support
Do you test everything before delivery?
Yes. Every project goes through full testing before it's delivered or deployed: links, forms, payment flows, and how it looks and behaves across devices and screen sizes. Delivery means it's already been checked, not that you're the one finding the problems.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
That's a bug, and bug fixes are always free, for as long as we're hosting your site. A bug is something that doesn't work as built, a broken link, a form that won't submit, a layout issue on a specific device. That's different from a change request (new copy, a different photo, an added section), which follows your package's included revision rounds or the standard $75 rate once those are used up.
How do I report an issue?
Email us with what's broken and where you saw it, a screenshot or the page URL helps. We'll confirm it and fix it at no charge, and it doesn't use up a revision round.
Social Content Plans
Do I need to have bought the Ad Kit first?
No, though the Maintain Plan is priced assuming a visual system already exists. If you don't have one yet, we'll build a light one as part of getting started, at no extra charge.
What counts as "1 platform"?
Instagram or Facebook, whichever matters more to your business. Managing both requires the Grow Plan or higher.
Why a 3-month minimum?
Posting takes time to show up in reach and engagement. Judging it after one month doesn't give it a fair look. After 3 months, cancel anytime.
Can I cancel a social content plan?
Yes, anytime after the 3-month minimum takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fee, and you keep everything already posted.
Can I switch, upgrade, or downgrade plans later?
Yes, anytime. Move between Maintain, Grow, and Scale and the change takes effect the following billing cycle.
Who actually answers the DMs on the Scale plan?
The same person building your content, not an outsourced call center reading from a script. General questions get answered directly during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 your local time); anything needing you gets flagged the same business day.
Trust & Ownership
Is it safe to pay online here?
Yes. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe, the same processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your card details, nothing touches our servers.
Who owns the final website or ad once it's delivered?
You do. Once your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables, the animated ad, static posts, or website files, and can use them however you like. You also always own your own domain registration.
Do I need to sign anything separately?
No. Every purchase is covered by our Terms of Service, which spell out exactly what's included, timelines, and ownership. Agreeing to the terms happens as part of checkout, there's no separate contract to sign or wait on.
Do I need to know anything technical to work with you?
No. We handle the technical side entirely: hosting, domain connection, code. You just need your logo, a few photos, and answers to a short brief about your business.
Can I cancel before you start working?
Yes. If you cancel before your brief is confirmed and the project timeline starts, you're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
